Riverdale's customer service function is to focus on your day to day needs. This group is made up of people who are not sales people, but custodians of your account. Their objective is to focus on your products and supply goals. Though we have a number of people to service your account, our Customer Service Manager will personally communicate, organize and oversee the day to day functions.
Riverdale does much more than provide you with color. As a part of our commitment to your success with liquid color we will provide you with technical support that will ensure proper set-up, handling, and inventory control of liquid color. After the initial set-up, technical representatives will periodically call and check on clients to guarantee customer satisfaction and to trouble shoot any customer concerns. Our technical support representatives have over twenty years in manufacturing experience and are willing to train your personnel in all aspects of liquid color usage.
The process of developing color for the plastic industry from inception to rollout has historically taken an excessive amount of time. Our objective is to shorten that cycle by either having customers come to our lab to match their colors or provide them with the means to set up an in-house color matching lab
with SPDs (Single Pigment Dispersions).
