Riverdale does much more than provide you with color. As a part of our commitment to your success with liquid color we will provide you with technical support that will ensure proper set-up, handling, and inventory control of liquid color. After the initial set-up, technical representatives will periodically call and check on clients to guarantee customer satisfaction and to trouble shoot any customer concerns. Our technical support representatives have over twenty years in manufacturing experience and are willing to train your personnel in all aspects of liquid color usage. The customer training center was established at Riverdale as an extension of our technical support function. We would offer extensive training courses to our customers in order to help them understand better the complex issues related to coloring plastics. The courses would be tailored to specific needs and requirements of the customers.

CUSTOMER'S INFO CENTER

Riverdale's Customer Info Center is an interactive tool that puts real time information right to your fingertips. Info Center services range from the ability to submit requests for service online, check on the status of a recent request, or find prices for your products. It is all customized to your specific needs and will save you time and effort by keeping you up-to-date and being available whenever you need it.
The Info Center also has a built-in search engine that allows you to look for a specific product sample, the amount sent, tracking number and other relevant information. All information is password-protected and access is given only to authorized personnel chosen by each customer.
