This section of the Info Center generates standard reports that gather specific information relating to your
products:
Product List:
Includes all the colorants and additives that you have approved and buy from us.
Product Approval:
Relates to all the products that have been approved by your QC department, but haven’t been ordered yet.
Samples Completed:
Keeps record of all the samples we have sent you.
Samples Requested:
Monitors new matches and samples in progress. These will automatically be transferred to the Samples
Completed report once they are shipped to you.
Product Non-Approval:
Is a list of samples completed that haven’t yet been approved or rejected by you.
Request for Service:
This section allows you to request new matches and samples online. A form is provided for you to fill in
all the relevant information. As the match is completed it will go through the Sample Progress Report
and then to the Product List if it is approved and ordered.
Search:
The search option in the Info Center allows you to look for specific information relating to your colorants
and additives by pant, line, or product. The fields in the report that is generated are customizable –
click on the options you want the system to display: price, tracking number, sample size, etc.

from the ability to submit requests for service online, check on the status of a recent request, or find prices
for your products. It is all customized to your specific needs and will save you time and effort by keeping
you up-to-date and being available whenever you need it.
