Customer Service

First of all I would like to say that my job is one of the most important things to me. I love the challenges that I am faced with everyday. I look forward to starting off the day with our customers' requests and seeing them from inception to completion.

I appreciate the fact that I can relate to the customers in making it my objective to know their needs, but most of all, their history with Riverdale.

Our customers can feel confident with my staff as well as myself handling their account, because we can give them all of the attention that is needed. But then again, the reason why we can easily do this is because of our customers and the way they make us feel. I am employed by Riverdale Color, but I am here to service you and work for you. My goal is for complete customer satisfaction.
